Typical nanny rates are from $25 - $35/hour depending on experience, children, qualifications, special skills and the location where you live.

A $300 non-refundable Search Launch Fee is required to initiate the candidate search process.
A $1,000 Placement Fee is required for any Candidate hired and must be paid in full before the Candidate’s start date.

The entire process generally takes around one to four weeks depending on availability of candidates who match your needs. This includes carefully reviewing potential candidates before conducting face-to-face interviews. After selecting the top candidate, a trail period is often arranged, to ensure the fit is right for both parties. Once the trail is successful, the employer can extend a formal offer, along with any necessary agreement and documentation. We'll guide you through each step to make the process smoother and stress-free.
